How soon will I get my registration codes?
With credit card orders, you will receive an email containing your registration codes as soon as your order is processed. This is normally within 30 minutes of placing the order. Orders by check or purchase order take longer.

Do I need to download the software after I order?
That's not necessary if you have the trial version. You can simply type your registration codes into the trial version and it will be converted to the full version. But if you don't have the trial version, you can download it here.

Can I get the software on a CD-ROM?
Yes, when you order there is an option for the CD-ROM delivery method. There is an extra charge that covers the CD and the shipping by U.S. mail. We usually ship CD orders the same day they are received.

What company will be shown on my credit card for this purchase?
We use two large, e-commerce companies for processing online credit card orders because they offer a highly secure system for our customers. On your credit card charge statement, one of those companies (Plimus Corp. or Regsoft.com, a Digital River company) will be shown, rather than Bodine Training Games LLC.

I currently own the Presentation Edition. Can I upgrade to the PLUS Edition?
Yes, you can upgrade to the PLUS Edition, but there is a fee of $49 per copy. If you have a .org, .edu or .k12 email address, the upgrade is $35. To upgrade, you will need your registration code from your original purchase. Here is the upgrade page.

Do you have discounts for quantity orders, schools or nonprofit organizations?
Yes, you save right away when you order more than 1 copy. The order form shows the full list of quantity discounts. (We also offer site licenses for bigger organizations.) For teachers and nonprofit organizations, we offer discounts here.

What's the difference between the different editions?
The PLUS Edition is the top-of-the-line for live game show presentations. It has the most flexibility and options of all our programs, including a category board-style game. It has an all new Quiz Editor and can include pictures and sounds in your questions.
The Presentation Edition is the standard edition that costs just $79. It is ideal for live presentations. It includes a quiz editor for writing your quiz shows.
The Playback Only Edition is a way to administer quizzes on standalone computers (rather than in a Presentation situation). This edition has no quiz editor. It features a menu where users can select from available quizzes. You also need the PLUS Edition to write your quiz files.
The Exhibitor's Bundle is a specialized bundle version for exhibitors at trade shows, state fairs, job fairs or other events where you want to run a quiz show as an attraction in your booth. In the bundle, you get both the PLUS Edition and a Kiosk Player for running your quiz show as a standalone attraction.

I am the only user of the software, but I need to run it on both my desktop and laptop computer. Do I need more than one license?
The single-user license covers you to install and use the program on both your computers.

Do you have a Jeopardy game?
 No, but our PLUS Edition has an option for a category board quiz that works great. However, it's not meant to be like Jeopardy. Here is the information page for the PLUS Edition.

No, but we may add multiple answer (survey) format in the future.

Do you sell buzzers for the game show?

Is the license fee a recurring annual fee or a one-time fee?
Unless noted otherwise on the purchase page, it is a one-time license fee.
