Is there a 30-day money back guarantee? Yes! If you are not satisified with the software within 30 days of making your purchase from us, just let us know and we'll issue a prompt refund. How soon will I get my registration codes? With credit card orders, you will receive an email containing your registration codes as soon as your order is processed. This is normally fast -- within 30 minutes of placing the order. Orders by check or purchase order take longer.

Do I need to download the training game software after I order? That's not necessary if you have the trial version. You can simply type your registration codes into the trial version and it will be converted to the full version. If you don't have the trial version, you can download the software here.

Can I get the software on a CD-ROM? Yes, when you order there is an option for the CD-ROM delivery method. The charge for this includes both the CD and shipping by U.S. First Class mail. CD orders usually ship the same day orders are received. If you choose the CD, you can still get the download as well.

This edition has no quiz editor. It features a menu where users can select from available quizzes. The single-computer price is $49. You also need the PLUS Edition to write your quiz files. The Exhibitor's Bundle is a specialized version for trade show exhibitors. It costs $249 and includes a kiosk version of the software and a copy of the PLUS Edition for writing your quiz files. The advantage of the bundle is you have two tools -- one for live presentation-style game shows and another for standalone quiz shows running on a computer with minimal involvement by you or your staff.
